Venue and organizer fees and deposits.
Venue power supply and required site connections.
Changes or extra services outside the approved scope.
Package terms
Equipment is rented for the event duration, not sold.
Payment: 80% on approval and 20% seven days before installation.
Share the event date and venue at least 14 days ahead; supply and installation take place during the 3 days before the event, subject to venue access.
Approval of the proposal and design, and access to the venue, are required.
A financial offer is valid for two working days after presentation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
